1. Aceptación / Acceptance

ES: Al usar la plataforma Bolsa Mercantil Arica (web, WhatsApp y marketplace) aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.

EN: By using the Bolsa Mercantil Arica platform (web, WhatsApp and marketplace) you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. El servicio / The service

ES: Conectamos a agricultores con compradores para publicar lotes, cotizar, negociar, subastar y concretar operaciones de productos agrícolas. Antü Küyen SpA facilita el mercado; los precios y acuerdos son responsabilidad de las partes.

EN: We connect farmers with buyers to list lots, quote, negotiate, auction and close agricultural trades. Antü Küyen SpA facilitates the marketplace; prices and agreements are the parties' responsibility.

3. Cuentas y uso aceptable / Accounts & acceptable use

ES: Debes entregar información veraz, no suplantar a terceros ni usar la plataforma para fines ilícitos. Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estas reglas.

EN: You must provide truthful information, not impersonate others, and not use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Precios, subastas y pagos / Pricing, auctions & payments

ES: Las cotizaciones y precios sugeridos son referenciales. Las subastas se rigen por reglas de incremento mínimo, plazo y garantía publicadas en la plataforma. Los pagos y la liquidación se realizan conforme a lo acordado entre las partes.

EN: Quotes and suggested prices are indicative. Auctions follow the minimum increment, deadline and guarantee rules published on the platform. Payments and settlement occur as agreed between the parties.

5. Responsabilidad / Liability

ES: El servicio se entrega "tal cual". En la medida que la ley lo permita, Antü Küyen SpA no responde por daños indirectos derivados del uso de la plataforma o de acuerdos entre usuarios.

EN: The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Antü Küyen SpA is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform or agreements between users.

6. Datos personales / Personal data

ES: El tratamiento de datos se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad (Ley 21.719 / GDPR).

EN: Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (Law 21.719 / GDPR).

7. Ley aplicable / Governing law

ES: Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Chile. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Arica, Chile.

EN: These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Arica, Chile.
